FTTX Installation and Service

Our installation department specializes in the installation of voice, data and IPTV applications for both new builds and upgrades of existing sites. This includes Micro-Duct & Pre-term drop installation, fusion splicing & testing, NID testing using system laser, premise wiring, NID/ONT installation, BBU/UPS (Power Supply) installation, system integration, provisioning, system cutover, in-depth customer education and documentation. In addition, we utilize a unique in-house scheduling system to ensure all subscribers are serviced in a time sensitive and efficient manner.  

FOS provides qualified technicians, superior customer service, reliability and the competency to execute on any scale, large or small.  We also provide the unique ability to incorporate true flexibility into our operations model, which enables us to efficiently work around the customer’s & subscriber’s schedule. 

To date, FOS has provided splicing and/or CTOV services to connect over 290,000 FTTP subscribers.
